Owner and James Beard Award Finalist, Chef David Guas, is of Southern roots, who embraces the heritage and traditions of his family in Cajun and Creole communities and his father’s native land of Cuba. The exploration and the immersion into the cultures and cuisines inherent to him as well as his extensive culinary experiences in award-winning restaurants serving classic American fare has led Guas to create a unique, diverse menu at Bayou Bakery. Check-in for information on our customizable catering options from authentic New Orleans dishes, Cuban sandwiches, and cocktails, to an array of Southern savory suggestions and desserts that will complement any gathering you so desire to arrange.

An 8% administration fee will be added to all catering orders and will be used to cover our increased operational costs. This fee is not a tip.
There is a $250 minimum (subtotal) for delivery. Delivery requests are not a guarantee, it depends on distance, delivery schedule and the specific date and time.
